Graphic Designer/Illustrator – Full Time
Acme Merchandising is looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer who has strong illustration and organisational skills. We’re after a driven individual who will be responsible for their own work, some outsourcing, and capable of managing multiple design projects within a small team environment.
Acme has the brands of Harley-Davidson, Weiss art Australia, Harley Owners Group.
Key Responsibilities: - Working with the guidance of the Design Director to create seasonal men’s, women’s & kids graphics for both Harley-Davidson & Acme Apparel - Research and present graphic & fashion trends to the Design Director - Developing new label and branding concepts when briefed - Managing ranges for both local & imported products from design through to production - Online marketing to retail & wholesale customer base - Maintain all company presentation material, including print & web communications - Adhere to range and new release deadlines - Manage set up and external approval of designs for ranges & production
Essential criteria for the role: - Attention to detail - Strong illustrative flair - Strong communication skills - Excellent organisational and time management skills - Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Excel - Minimum 3 years previous employment in a similar role - Ability to deliver concepts around an inspiration with focus on the brand and the consumer - Experience with apparel would be an advantage

Sales Co-ordinator/Customer Service - Full Time
Full-time experienced customer service/sales co-ordinator for licensed clothing & merchandise supplier.
Acme needs a confident and organised sales co-ordinator to work with our key customers, taking orders and keeping them happy. Here's your opportunity to work as part of a friendly and professional service-oriented team offering exceptional service.
You will enjoy a busy and stimulating environment, multi-tasking and getting the job done. You will have experience in building customer relationships, and an interest in fashion and trends.
What will the role involve? - Answering incoming sales calls and product queries - Entering orders into MYOB - Liaising with key customers on a regular basis - Liaising with sales agents for orders - Liaising with the warehouse for deliveries & queries - Taking briefs from customers for custom merchandise jobs - Assisting in sending marketing campaigns to customers & updating our database - Showing ranges to clients who visit our showroom
Our company designs, makes and sells clothing & merchandise for various brands, servicing retail outlets around Australia, New Zealand, & Asia.
We are located in Zetland, 10 minutes from Sydney’s CBD, with free onsite parking and Green Square station within walking distance.
