GENERAL
If I can’t find an answer (about the website or content), what do I do?
Call our friendly customer service team for an answer 1800 252 620.

What currency is shown on your website?
All prices show on the ACME website are shown in AUD$. If no price/"BUY" button is not showing up - then this means you must purchase the product from an Authorised Dealer - this would be Harley-Davidson product only.

Where do you ship to?
Basically anywhere! If you want a quote on shipping CONTACT US (include the products you'd like) and we'll get back to you. Or alternatively at the Checkout the site will calculate the cost for your destination. 

ORDER
How can I pay for my order?
Acme accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Paypal.

DELIVERY
Do you deliver to postal boxes?
No, to minimise issues with fraud we deliver only to real addresses.  If you aren’t home the parcel will be left at the nearest Australia Post outlet.

When will I get my order?
Your goods are normally dispatched within 2-3 days from receipt of cleared PAYMENT being received into our account.  Custom orders have a lead-time which is explained in the item details and must be added on to the expected delivery time!

We ship using the Australia Post e-Parcel service - please allow 2-3 days on the Eastern Seaboard and up to 5 days in SA, WA, NT, FNQ and country areas.

We will endeavour to ship all orders complete, however if at the time of fulfilling your order any item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you to discuss options.

How much is delivery?
Wholesale orders are charged on a schedule based on weight and cubic dimensions, charged at our cost.

On-line retail orders are charged at a flat rate for the first item, plus an additional amount for every item after that up to a maximum.  The maximum applies to all orders unless specified in the item details – ie if the item is especially large or heavy

Can I track my order?
Yes. You need to login under customer or Wholesale login then click 'order history'. You'll be able to view the full status of all orders placed online.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Can I return an item?
Goods are only accepted for return if they are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description we have online.  If they are the wrong size please read the next section. 

Call Customer Service and you will be issued with a Return Authorisation No (RA#).  Please make sure your return quotes that number on the outside, and include the packing slip we send to you if possible.  Send the return to PO Box 7412, Alexandria  NSW  2015.  The goods must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving the RA# - unworn and unwashed.  It is your choice to receive a credit to your original method of payment or a replacement item.

If it is a faulty item we will reimburse you for the cost of regular shipping. We will not reimburse for express shipping or the original shipping cost.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.

How do I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange a colour or style, please follow the same instructions as above indicating your requirements, including a $14.50 fee (credit card, money order) for re-delivery.
